  I'm frustrated been a patient for 13 years, seen the same Dr 95% of the time. Called to make an appointment and found they're out on leave, I feel notification should have been provided. I struggle to find someone else to step in. I had bad blood work etc and wasn't notified in a timely manner. I also don't know how it's acceptable to both return ALL calls the same day and why it take a 72 hours for a refill. I feel they are taking too many new clients, when they can't fully take care of who the have. $$$$. I wish Dr offices treated and was as concerned about our valuable time as we are there's. And an hour and a half lunch break is rediculious when hours are tight ad it is.

  Dr. Bowser is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Caring, considerate, and he went out of his way to learn about my rare diseases. Jessica the PA, she could care less about me. I watched her as she played games on her phone.I found her to be very condensing & she could care less about me.
